We process your personal data in strict compliance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 of February 18, 2009, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and relevant CNDP recommendations.

Account information: name, email address, credentials. Athletic profile: preferred sports, skill level, reliability score, match history. Bookings and activities: joined matches, reserved courts. Location: approximate or precise geolocation with your explicit consent. Communications: match messaging, shared media. Technical data: IP address, device, operating system, and security logs.

We collect your data directly when creating your account, completing your profile, participating in matches, or communicating on the application. Technical data is gathered automatically during platform usage.

Service delivery: account management, athletic matchmaking, and court reservation coordination. Platform integrity: computing attendance and punctuality indices. Security and moderation: abuse prevention, enforcement of Terms, and community safeguarding. Operational communications: match scheduling notifications and essential service updates.

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage mechanisms to preserve authentication sessions, remember language choices (FR, AR, EN, ES, FI, EL), and secure accounts against fraudulent requests.

VORAXS never sells personal data. Data is shared exclusively with other players in accordance with your chosen visibility settings, partner sport venues to confirm attendance, and technical cloud hosting providers bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

VORAXS relies on secure cloud infrastructure hosted in the Netherlands. Data is transferred outside Morocco under strict compliance with Moroccan Law 09-08 governing data transfers to countries providing adequate protection recognised by the CNDP.

We apply reinforced technical and organizational safeguards: end-to-end transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS), stringent access controls, and ongoing traffic auditing to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or alteration of personal data.

Active accounts: retained until account deletion is requested. Deleted accounts: immediate profile purge. Ephemeral match messaging: no permanent storage. Technical and security audit logs: retained for a maximum of 90 days for cybersecurity purposes.

In accordance with Law 09-08, you have the right to information, access, rectification of inaccurate data, and opposition for legitimate reasons. You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting support@voraxs.com.

You may request permanent deletion of your account at any time through profile settings or via email. Your profile, athletic stats, and related records will be immediately erased.

VORAXS is not intended for children under 13 years old. For users between 13 and 18, parental or legal guardian consent and supervision are required for registration and participation in sports activities.

VORAXS never requires medical, health, or sensitive personal data. Any voluntary sharing of such information in messages or bio remains at the user's sole discretion and responsibility.

The platform may contain links to third-party venues or payment partners. VORAXS does not control and is not liable for their independent privacy practices.

In the event of a security incident affecting personal data, VORAXS will promptly implement containment and remediation measures and notify the CNDP and affected users in compliance with statutory obligations.

We may periodically revise this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform or email. The effective date stated at the top of this document indicates the latest version.
