Terms of Service.

Welcome to VORAXS. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the VORAXS application, website, and services. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept them, you must discontinue using VORAXS.

VORAXS: digital sports matchmaking platform operated under the VORAXS brand. User / Player: any individual accessing the platform to organize, join, or play sports activities. Venue / Sports Complex: independent partner sports facility listed on VORAXS. Activity: athletic match or practice session organized via the app. Booking: time-slot reservation confirmed with a partner sports venue.

Users must be at least 13 years old to create a VORAXS account. For players aged between 13 and 18, parental or legal guardian consent and accompaniment are required for registration and participation in games.

Users agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information upon registration. Impersonation or creation of fictitious accounts is strictly prohibited. You are exclusively responsible for maintaining credentials confidentiality and for all activities carried out under your account.

VORAXS develops and operates proprietary algorithms for sports matchmaking, venue discovery, and punctuality scoring. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, extract, or duplicate these systems is strictly forbidden.

VORAXS is an athletic matchmaking platform facilitating peer-to-peer sports organization. VORAXS does not guarantee the actual occurrence of any match, the turnout of players at kickoff, absolute skill equality, or sportsmanship on the pitch.

Participants undertake to uphold the spirit of fair play. The following are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension: repeated unnotified no-shows (ghosting), violence, insults, discriminatory conduct, damage to partner sports facilities, and attempts to manipulate attendance or reliability scores.

Participating in sports (football, basketball, padel, tennis) entails inherent physical risks (falls, muscular injury, physical contact). Each athlete is solely responsible for verifying their medical and physical fitness before playing. VORAXS is not a medical or emergency service: in case of injury or emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Users retain ownership of content they publish (profile pictures, messages, match recaps). Users grant VORAXS a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host and display content necessary for service operation. Unlawful, defamatory, or hateful content will be removed immediately.

Sports complexes, synthetic pitches, and padel courts listed on VORAXS are operated by independent third-party managers. VORAXS neither owns nor manages physical facilities and disclaims liability regarding maintenance, structural safety, or facility compliance.

VORAXS currently charges no direct fees for pitch bookings on the application. Court rental prices, payment methods, cancellations, and refund policies are established and collected directly by each sports venue according to its own commercial policy.

All trademarks, logos, visuals, user interfaces, database structures, and source codes comprising VORAXS are the exclusive property of VORAXS. No intellectual property rights are transferred to the user.

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. Technical infrastructure is securely hosted in the Netherlands, and data transfers are conducted in strict compliance with Moroccan Law 09-08 and CNDP authorizations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VORAXS shall not be held liable for indirect damages, missed opportunities, bodily injury, or disputes arising between players or with venue operators. Nothing herein limits mandatory public order consumer protections under Moroccan Law No. 31-08.

VORAXS reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access in case of material or repeated breach of these Terms. Users may also delete their accounts at any time via the application settings.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute concerning their validity, interpretation, or performance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
