Vorax employs a decentralized approach to personal data. Your core metrics are encrypted on-device before syncing with our secure servers.

Location data is processed through our high-speed node network strictly for active sessions. Historical breadcrumbs are automatically purged after 24 hours.

Health and performance data syncs directly with native mobile health kits (Apple Health/Google Fit) without exposing raw data to advertisers.

Vorax explicitly accesses and collects specific user data to provide core services: 1. Location Data: We collect precise and coarse location data to enable matchmaking, finding nearby activities, and location-based notifications. 2. Health & Biometric Data: We collect health data, including biometric performance metrics, to maintain fair play and track your personal progress during sports activities. 3. Device Storage & Camera: With your explicit permission, we access your device's Camera and Photo Library exclusively so you can securely capture or upload profile photos. 4. Personal Information & Social Data: We collect your username, email, phone number, social connections (friend requests), and community moderation actions (blocks and reports) to facilitate account management and enforce our strict user safety guidelines.

Vorax uses secure data synchronization systems to ensure consistent performance. All updates to activity status, scores, and matchmaking operate through high-frequency encrypted channels.

We apply modern mobile security standards, including High-Frequency Encryption for all data transmission, secure API authentication, and continuous monitoring of system integrity.

Limited technical telemetry (Device type, OS version, collision/crash logs) is collected to maintain app stability and optimize our high-performance architecture.

We store your personal data for as long as your account remains active. After account deactivation, we retain a secure copy for up to 30 days to facilitate recovery. Ephemeral activity data is automatically purged after 24 hours. Technical telemetry is kept for 90 days. Following these periods, data is permanently deleted from our primary servers.

You have total control over your digital footprint. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the Settings menu in the Vorax app. Alternatively, you can submit a formal deletion request via email to vorax.app2025@gmail.com. Upon receiving a request, all personal identifiers, activity history, and biometric data will be completely purged from our systems within 7 business days.
