Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the VORAXS application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated directly to users. Continued use of the platform following modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.
User Conduct & Responsibilities
VORAXS is built on mutual respect and sportsmanship. Users must provide accurate information regarding their identity and skill level. Misrepresenting yourself undermines the matchmaking ecosystem.
Zero Tolerance for Abuse
Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward other users on the platform or in person at scheduled events will result in permanent account termination.
Limitation of Liability
VORAXS operates exclusively as a digital facilitator for venue booking and athletic matchmaking. We connect players and facilities, but we do not oversee the real-world events.
Absolute Exemption of Real-World Liability
- Injuries & Altercations: We are strictly not responsible for any physical injuries, medical emergencies, verbal disputes, or physical fights that occur before, during, or after matches organized through our platform.
- Property Damage: We bear zero responsibility if a user breaks equipment, damages property, or causes any financial loss to the facilities/venues booked via VORAXS. Users are personally liable for their own actions on the pitch.
Users participate in physical activities entirely at their own risk and assume full legal and financial responsibility for their conduct in the real world.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if we determine a user has violated these terms.
